1. Acceptance

By accessing saturn.ia.br or contracting any service from Saturn (CNPJ 61.901.964/0001-03), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the website or the services.

2. Scope

Saturn offers an AI-powered communication automation platform, integrated with channels such as WhatsApp, email, voice and webchat, with connectors to clients' CRMs, ERPs and other systems.

3. Account and responsibilities

• The client is responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for the proper use of access credentials.
• The client is the controller of the personal data processed through the platform and must have a legal basis to do so.
• The platform may not be used for spam, fraud, illegal, discriminatory content or to violate third-party rights.

4. Plans, payments and cancellation

Plans, prices, terms and specific conditions are defined in a commercial proposal or contract signed between the parties. The client may cancel under the contract conditions, with the notice period defined in it.

5. Availability and SLAs

We aim for high availability of the platform, but third-party services (WhatsApp, telephony, AI providers) may have instability windows. Specific SLAs are defined in the contract.

6. Intellectual property

The website, software, brand, visual identity and other Saturn content are protected by intellectual property. Copying, reverse engineering or unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Saturn is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from misuse of the platform, incorrect controller instructions or third-party failures outside its control.

8. Privacy

Personal data processing follows our Privacy Policy and LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be published on this page, with a new update date. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Montes Claros/MG are elected, except as otherwise provided in a specific contract.
