Saturn (saturn.ia.br) — CNPJ 61.901.964/0001-03, based in Montes Claros, Brazil — is the controller of personal data collected on this website and processor for data clients entrust to us to operate their automations.

2. Data we collect

• Contact data you submit on forms (name, email, company, phone, preferred channel).
• Browsing data: pages visited, session duration, device type, via strictly necessary cookies and aggregated analytics.
• Client operation data: conversations, contacts and metrics processed by the automations contracted — handled as processor under controller instructions.

3. How we use your data

• Respond to commercial requests and send materials you asked for.
• Operate, maintain and improve the platform for our clients.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of the services.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Legal bases (LGPD)

We process personal data based on: consent, contract performance, legal obligation, regular exercise of rights and legitimate interest, depending on the case under article 7 of Law 13.709/2018.

5. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the service (hosting, messaging, telephony, AI providers), all under contract and data protection clauses. A detailed list is available on request.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the legal period required after the relationship ends. Audit logs up to 12 months; backups with a standard 30-day cycle.

7. Your rights

You can request at any time: confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and consent withdrawal. Write to privacidade@saturn.ia.br. We reply within 15 business days.

8. Security

Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, least-privilege access control, continuous monitoring and infrastructure on providers certified under ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
